This Privacy Policy explains how Temochat ("Temochat", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). By using Temochat, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information to provide and operate the App:

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To send and deliver messages, voice messages, and calls between users

• To maintain and improve the reliability and security of the App

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that help us operate the App:

• Google Firebase — authentication, database storage (chats, groups, user profiles), and push notification delivery
• Supabase — server-side functions supporting calling and file transfer
• Agora — real-time voice and video call infrastructure
• Google AdMob — displaying advertisements within the App (see Section 5)

Messages, voice messages, and calls are only visible to the participants of a given chat, group, or call.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information and message history for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us (see Section 8).

5. Advertising

Temochat displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob in certain areas of the App. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads, in accordance with Google's Partner Sites policy. You can review your ad personalization settings through your device's system settings.

6. Children's Privacy

Temochat is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

7. Your Choices

• You can edit or delete your profile information from within the App
• You can revoke camera, microphone, or contacts permissions at any time from your device settings
• You can disable push notifications from your device settings
• You can request account and data deletion by contacting us
